These reagents and new equipment are required to sequence using existing Oxford Nanopore sequencing equipment and reagents already placed in the Quantitative Virology and Evolution Unit. The reagents and Nanopore P2 Solo must work with the onsite Nanopore instrument. Because the equipment and reagents will be manufactured outside of the United States of America the provisions of the Buy American Act are applicable. No US made product offers the requirements stated.
